No, this update will not affect any appointments already created in the system. 

Yes. However, the update is performed during your off-hours or late evening. The appointment system will be offline while it is being updated. 

No. This update is completely optional and only necessary if you want to use the new Next Available Appointment feature. Please note that this feature is only available for clients running on Qmatic Orchestra version 7.2 or later.

Yes. When we perform the update, Web Booking will reset to the default color scheme. In some cases, we will be able to copy certain files to help streamline this process and lessen the interruption. This means we will have to rebrand web booking to match your agency or company color and logo. 

No. All your previous configurations will remain from your existing Web Booking admin.
