How to clean your Qmatic Kiosk

Learn how to clean your Qmatic Self-Service Kiosk

Follow these steps to clean and disinfect* your Qmatic Intro 5, Intro 8, and Intro 17 Self-Service Kiosks.

• Clean the glass top surface by using a clean lint-free cloth, for example, a microfiber cloth dampened with a mild detergent dissolved in water.
• Gently wipe the screen, tactile buttons and other hard surfaces with cloth. 
• Never leave any moisture on the screen and in openings, as it can interfere with the positioning circuits and tactile buttons.
• Dry surface with a clean microfiber cloth. 
  
  *To disinfect screen and tactile buttons, you may use disinfecting wipes such as, 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe or other disinfecting wipes that contains alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on your Qmatic Intro 5, Intro 8, and Intro 17 Self-Service Kiosks.
